I made several request withdrawals between 29.10-01.11 but the casino didn’t pay out.I emailed them few times and they answered in last email that my withdrawals are still under review.

Hello.Yes I made several successful withdrawals .

Yes I pass the KYC verification.

Not bonuses.

This is their answer wich I received today:

Your withdrawal requests are fine.

The money stays on your balance until the withdrawal is paid out.

According to our Terms & Condi-tions, for the players who successfully completed KYC check, a withdrawal amount from 500 EUR to 4999

EUR (or equivalent in your currency) will be approved by the Casino within the period of 5 mins - 48 hours, but not exceeding 5 working days from the date of the request, except for weekends and holidays. Please note, the time for money clearance may vary upon the payment method.

Most payment providers, especially banks, do not process payments on weekends and public holidays.
