My user name is A***. I signed up for the casino because it advertised instant withdrawls. I deposited and won .


not once did it ask me to verify myself even when I click verification tab it states my account doesn’t need to be verified .


when I won, I waited about 12 hours and messaged live chat , he explained to me it would be processed within 2-3 days.


i asked chat again today , how come it’s still not processed , doesn’t even seem to have been looked at whatsoever. He explained it’s in final stages it will be sent soon. then he totally left the chat.


i emailed support was told there is a delay in payments due to high volume but would not give me any time frame of when I would receive my payment ?


all other online casinos i played have been able to directly tell me what batch of withdrawal my payment would be sent at. This casino wont give me any concrete answers.


i just want my winnings. They accepted deposits instantly, advertise quick withdrawls yet it sits there pending . I have read nothing but terrible reviews online , my fault , I should of ref reviews before depositing.


i sent deposit through gigadat e transfer and was expecting my withdrawl to come just as fast same method, and so far absolutely nothing. Only told there is delays .
