I made my request yesterday but the problem is that I saw a lot of people complaining about the delays regarding the receipt of their winnings, I started playing on Monday, October 6, 2025, I made 2 deposits of €10 and I went up to €600 since I can only withdraw €500 per day so I withdrew €500 on 07/10/2025 and I played the remaining €100 that I lost but I'm waiting for the withdrawal of my winnings (3/5 working days) I need them and I'm afraid of not receiving them on time see not at all according to all the posts I saw on your forum a lot we received their winnings 2 weeks later I accumulated these €500 with winnings by playing honestly without bonuses.


I made a first withdrawal on 6/10 except that it was not the same card with which I made my 1st deposit so I canceled and then remade a credit card withdrawal request on 7/10 by asking of course the card with which I made my 1st deposit (the two cards are in my name) I know I am still in 3/5 working days but I need the money before October 15 and seeing people receive their earnings 2/3 week after that stresses me out.

And when i go on vérification section, its said i dont need it

Hello there,


I made my withdrawal request on 07/10 so it takes 3-5 days to receive the transfer I made the withdrawal with the same card I made my first deposit, without surprises after 4 days of waiting they canceled my withdrawal... I knew it I redid today a withdrawal request on SKRILL.

Hi Katarina,


I made a withdrawal request on 08/10/25 which was canceled by Gransino on 12/10/25,


I made a withdrawal request on 12/10/2025 not by SKRILL it was too complicated but by standard bank transfer, apparently he will have canceled my transfer because my bank will have refused


I didn't go through a KYC step verification my account apparently we don't need it and I asked the support several times but they told me it wasn't necessary
