The first withdrawal for this money was made on 16/2. Then they canceled my withdrawal twice, asked me to transfer some money while at first they couldn't find the reason why the withdrawal wasn't canceled. And when I transferred it they told me that they would expedite my withdrawal and it would be done immediately. After a week they assured me again through live chat that I would have my money by 12 noon on the same day. And again nothing! Also, the behavior of the chat people is terrible as every time you hear the same thing without helping you.
