On July 21, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of €4,400 from my verified account. Since then, more than two weeks have passed, and I have not received the payment or a specific explanation as to why it was delayed.


It's important to note that days before making the withdrawal request, I specifically requested the closure of my account, but the casino didn't respond to my request in a timely manner, and the account remained active. It was during this period, outside of regular use of the service, that I received the winnings and requested the withdrawal.


Since July 21, I have contacted customer service multiple times via chat, but only receive vague, evasive, or automated responses. Despite meeting all verification requirements, I have not received any solution or clear commitment to pay.

They tell me that the status is in process since the 28th and that the amount has been sent since that date. They have asked me for all the bank transactions and I still have no response.
