I have requested a withdrawal of £490 on the 19/07/2025 and it's still pending! My account is verified so I don't understand the delay. Got in touch several times and invariably gett the same reply- we are still veryfing your payment please wait( what exactly are they veryfing for 3 weeks now?). Any help with this is much appreciated, thank you.

However, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in number. We strictly recommend staying away from Golden Genie Casino.
