I requested a withdrawal on 19th Feb. it has been 6 weeks and 29 business days since I made the request. Each time I contact the help chat I get given all manner of excuses, wait 21 days, finance team are inundated, extra security steps required list just goes on and on and on. According to help 8 reminders have been ‘sent’ to the finance team. Online help won’t give a timeframe just provide AI generated response la to get rid of you. Winnings were won from deposited cash and I’ve taken no bonus. Just keep being told to be patient. Well my patience has run out. Feel like I’m being scammed. Please help.

However, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of the many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members.

Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Golden Genie Casino. I wish I could be of more help. The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
