Hello,

I'm having trouble withdrawing my winnings from GoldBet.

I deposited 20 euros and managed to win a total of 254 euros.

I requested two withdrawals: 90 and 164.

I only received a message about an alleged second account that I don't even have.

  • Could you please tell me which games you were focused on — slots, live casino, sports betting, etc.?
  • Had you completed verification?
  • Were your winnings accumulated while a bonus was active, or without an active bonus?

- No one other than me has created an account at any casino

- I earned my total winnings playing Gates of Olympus™

- I completed verification when I created the account

- While playing, I disabled all bonuses that could block the withdrawal of funds


I have a screenshot of the first withdrawal of 164 euros requested via SEPA Instant (in Polish)

The transaction ID is visible on it

I don’t have a screenshot of the second withdrawal of 90 euros

but it was initiated no later than 30 minutes after the first one


I used Google Quick Login; unfortunately, I don’t know the login because it was randomly generated.

I am currently in contact with Goldbet support via Telegram, but it seems like they are dragging their feet on the matter

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy", we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino.

Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Goldbet Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
