I deposited €10,- thru instant banking method in my Goldbet account from my personal bank account. This went good No errors or such. When i was directed back and checked my wallet there was nothing. It is now more than 24 hours ago and it states that the deposit i made is pending. Numerous times online contact with the helpdesk and still nothing.

I provided them all the asked documents proving the deposit i made. Still only silence.nothing

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate but bear in mind that it's a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
