  • You mentioned that the KYC verification took place after you attempted to withdraw your winnings on April 9, and that your account was blocked on April 10. Could you please clarify whether any form of KYC verification was completed prior to April 9?
  • Could you please advise which games you focused on - slots, live casino, sports betting, etc.?
  • Did you accumulate your winnings with or without an active bonus?
