Been playing here for a few weeks and made a few deposits and everything seemed fine casino works well and offers some nice bonuses the problem came when I won a decent amount of money and tried to withdraw it my account was banned and they gave the reason 3.3 having multiple accounts which is untrue as I only have the one account, I want my winnings that I'm entitled to it's $4800 which is a decent amount of money for me and now I feel like it's a massive scam.

Hi! The Casino approved my KYC on may 3rd explicitly stating I could now withdraw funds (see screenshot) They only detected a duplicate account on may 4th after I won $4716 on a $0.20 bet. This suggests that the duplicate claim is a bad-faith tactic to void a high multiplier win. There is 0 chance that someone else from my household created an account as I live by myself. I was only playing slots and the winnings were accumulated with real cash no bonus funds.

I have confirmed the operator is Goldkey Technologies Limitada, licensed in Anjouan under ALSI-012401005-FI1. I have escalated the matter to the Anjouan Gaming Board. Please note the operator approved my KYC on May 3rd but is now using an unsubstantiated 'duplicate account' claim to avoid paying a win from May 4th."
