Signed up with this casino, completed all verification necessary and deposited twice. Played through deposit wager requirements and won around $2400. Attempted to withdraw and was almost immediately force logged out and banned under false pretenses. Support will not respond on telegram and when I turned to general chat for their telegram group they banned me from that also.

Is there any chance that someone from your household or using the same IP address has also created an account at this casino? No nobody else in my house has created an account with this casino.


Could you please specify the overall deposited amount? On the day I won, I believe it was $30AUD deposited.


Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus? I believe I had a bonus for 20 FS with deposit active at the time but cancelled it once I won. This didn't change balance at all as I hadn’t used the FS it just allowed my balance to be withdrawn.


When did you complete account verification, and when did you notice your account was banned? I completed the verification on signup and I noticed my account was banned about 20 seconds after I had initiated the withdrawal process.
