I am filing a formal complaint against Glorion Casino regarding my withdrawal request of €230 made on April 18, 2026, which is still stuck in "pending/verification" status.

The situation is unacceptable for the following reasons:

Contractual Breach: The processing time has far exceeded the limits stated in the Terms and Conditions.

Lack of Transparency: My account explicitly states "No verification required at the moment", yet the withdrawal remains stuck. This is a clear contradiction and an unjustified delay.

No Communication: I have received no requests for additional documentation, nor any explanation for this hold.

I have already attempted to resolve this with their customer support multiple times with no success. I am now seeking your assistance to receive my funds.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.


If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
