Gangsta Casino - Player’s winnings haven’t been received yet.

Hello,  

I would like to file a complaint against Gangsta Casino.  

- Account Status: Fully verified, KYC completed

- 19.08.2025: Requested withdrawal of €75. Deposit was already wagered more than required. 

- 30.08.2026: Status has been "In Progress" for 12 days with no updates.

- Last 5 days: Contacted Live Chat daily. Agents only say "please wait" and "we have asked finance to accelerate". No ETA, no real help.

It’s been 12 days and the payment has not moved at all. The lack of communication and constant delays makes me question if this casino operates professionally. 

I have attached screenshots of: 

1. My withdrawal request showing "Pending" since 19.08

2. My verified account status 

I am asking CasinoGuru to help me get my €75 withdrawal processed ASAP and to get a proper explanation for this delay.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
