Hello dear Casino guru team once again , i have delayed withdrawal from Gangsta casino since 1st of February.

Basically i had 2 pending withdrawals 1st) 400 euro

2nd ) 260 euro


They had system error with 260 euro and then they asked me to request withdrawal again and then they paid instantly the same day on 6th of February 260 was paid via skrill but my 1st ) 400 euro is still pending since i requested both withdrawals on the same day , i will attach screenshot of transaction history it will make more sense .

I contacted kyc@gangsta.casino and they stop replying told me to wait 5 buisness days and now its already passed 6 buisness days since I first requested 400 euro withdrawal..


My account is fully verified , and i have never played bonuses nor accepted them from casino.


Hope i will get any explanation from Gangsta casino.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Dear player and Guru administration

As we checked the information , there was no delays on the withdrawals of player

He had withdrawal 02.01 but it was declined by payment method 02.05

And by the system we see that 02.06 withdrawal was accepted and sent on 2025-02-06

15:57:45 to the paysafe_skrill account!

About the withdrawal of 400eur - it had the same problem, right now we are waiting for the info when they can accept this 400eur and they will be sent asap

Money has been paid out today , thanks Casino guru and Gangsta casino. Casino is really good but sometimes their payment provider is lacking.


You can close this case and i am stastified with result and have no complain about this casino anymore.
