Hi i came across this casino last week deposited nearly 400£. Played and won some money . Tried withdraw it but rejected cos of KYC check. Sent all docs required. and passed kyc and got approved for withdrawal. I then made 3 withdrawal requested at the sale time

1st -300

2nd-200

3rd -125.

Great news it got approved. I opted for faster Payments for withdrawal. 2 days later I received last withdrawal I made 125 in my acc. Happy days thinking the rest will follow. 2 days later nothing yet. Customer support keep saying its 3rd party it should be in.my acc soon . Its now 7 days since withdrawal request but why did I only receive 125 ? If its 3rd party why not send all ?? Red flag ..the casino itself isn't bad. Good pay out n good cust support for now but feel like im being taken for a ride for the 500 atm

Hi Veronica thank you for the support. I've been in touch with Customer service but all they keep saying is the issue is with their payment provider. but why they only sent 1 payment through not the rest doesn't make sense. They offer to return the money to my account and try withdrawal using a different method which is bank transfer that ill do today and will let you know of the outcome in 4 days time as it'll be nearly 14 days now since I withdrew but no money still in my account

Nearly 24 hours since I requested to return the funds back to my account to try different method as they suggested but still no funds in acc. They said wait for email as it apparently takes time to return credit... turning to b a real headache with this cowboys sites. Think they over rated and don't like paying out. Fake reviews abt them .Bunch of scammers..
