So they said fhey paid out my withdrawel but it was never recieved. And each i email them they give me the same reply. That there looking into it. Its been nearly a month and i dont think they are even bothering to look into it.

Yes one withdrawel was processed months ago. And i have passed all checks. I have asked them why its taking so long and they send the same old replies that i need to be patient but its been like 6 weeks. And no never use bonuses
