The player from Baden-Württemberg has been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout hasn’t been received yet.
Hello everyone,
Unfortunately, I couldn't select Germany at the top; it says Puerto Rico. I deposited €4,000 and, with luck, won a total of €19,076.09, so €15,076.09 in net winnings. I'm now worried that the casino is significantly delaying the payout. I registered there 9 days ago and won, but I could only withdraw €5,000, which is the maximum payout per withdrawal. I only received it after 4 days, even though I immediately verified everything: ID card, proof of address, and a selfie. Then they wanted a bank statement showing my address and account details. I submitted everything, despite writing several times and struggling to get a response. They asked for my ID in hand, a photo, which I took immediately. So, I submitted all four documents. Then, two days later, I received the first €5,000 and requested the next €5,000. I asked the casino several times for payment confirmation because apparently, you can only withdraw €5,000 every two weeks or every week, but I haven't received a reply. Ignore everything. It's been 5 days since I cancelled the €5000 deposit. Yesterday, February 7th, 2026, I continued playing and won big. As written above, I've taken screenshots of all the betting history, including the casino winnings. The largest win was actually from betting. I've also included a screenshot of my name and account balance with all transactions in case the casino deletes them or something. My request, and the reason I'm contacting you, is that you can help me receive all my money within the next 1 to 2 months. Since the maximum payout is apparently €10,000 per month, it will take some time, but no longer than 6 to 8 weeks. I've already received my first €5000. I would like your support and for you to contact the casino and send me a payment confirmation, for example, every two weeks. On that day, the next payout is due, so I can rest assured. I believe that after this win, the casino will try to cause trouble and delay everything possible and not pay out, since I'm already verified. You've asked for absolutely everything you could possibly want – at least four documents. You're not actually allowed to say, "Please verify again," but my concern is that you're dragging things out and won't pay, since the first payment was already a huge struggle. I know Casino Guru says to wait two weeks, but the real problem here is that you're delaying the entire process. I think with your help and pressure, I'll receive my money within the specified timeframe – €5,000 every two weeks, as stated in the casino's terms and conditions.
Thank you for your support
Best regards
Michael.

Dear michi97,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,

Dear michi97,
I hope you are doing well. As the recommended time frame has now passed, could you kindly update us on whether your withdrawal has successfully been received or if there have been any new developments regarding your case? Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.
Hello,
I repeatedly requested a deposit limit of €1 and wrote 10 to 15 times over more than two weeks that they needed to close my account due to gambling addiction. They ignored me and gave me a bonus. I gambled away all my winnings plus €10,000, so a total of €23,000 to €24,000. This is a fraudulent casino!!
Hi,
Can I send them all the supporting documents, including my deposit records, the 10 to 15 emails I sent to the casino requesting that they finally ban me due to gambling addiction, and the email requesting that they change my betting limit to zero euros? The casino hasn't responded, and I've been asking for this for more than two to three weeks.
Dear Michael,
Thank you for your update.
I am very sorry to hear about what has happened since your previous message. I understand this situation must be extremely distressing for you.
Since your original complaint was related specifically to the delayed withdrawal of €14,076 and you previously confirmed that the complaint could be closed, I would like to kindly ask whether we may now close this particular complaint as resolved, as the payment delay itself is no longer the main issue.
Regarding the new matter — your repeated requests for account closure, deposit limits, and self-exclusion due to gambling addiction — this is a separate and very serious issue. For clarity and proper investigation, it would be much better to submit a new complaint specifically focused on the self-exclusion and responsible gambling failure.
Handling these matters separately allows us to:
You are absolutely welcome to submit all supporting documents (emails, deposit history, limit requests, self-exclusion requests) in the new complaint, and we will review everything carefully.
Please let me know if you agree with closing this complaint regarding the delayed withdrawal so we can proceed accordingly.
