I won €1.500,- wanted to withdrawel. They informed about limits of €500 daily. Than I withdrawel 3x€500 but till now no money arrived. Wrote daily to the customer support by chat. They write that they feel sorry and told me that it will be handled with priority. But still no money in my account and the money can still be rolled back as well. I am worried if the payment will come at all.

Dear Fat Pirate Team,


It looks professional to react to this issue. But I have checked 2 minutes ago and the withdrawal can still be rolled back. I reached the stage that I do nothing anymore on the words/writings from the Fat Pirate team. I see no single action in payment but spent a lot of effort in answering and apologizing after each contact in exactly the same words. Please do the payment, it's a shame to act this way.
