Hello, I would like to report a problem with a withdrawal not being paid out at FatPirate Casino (fatpirate.com, which redirected me to fatpirate-9694.com, now the site is ft43--fatpirate.com).


Here is the complete timeline:


- On 04/06/2026 I made a deposit using my Wise card.

- Immediately after a win, I submitted the first withdrawal request for an amount of €500, the winnings are €8,503.87.

- I have successfully completed the identity verification (KYC).

- After about a week without the withdrawal being processed, I canceled the request and submitted a new one on approximately 06/19/2026. I also attempted to withdraw in crypto, but to no avail.

- As of today, July 10, 2026, more than 21 days have passed since the new request and more than 36 days since the deposit, without the funds being credited and without any concrete explanation from the casino.


I have attempted to resolve the situation several times by contacting support via live chat, but the responses I received have been generic and automated (chatbot), with no concrete results.


I should add that, checking the official website, I didn't find any regulatory body logo or license number in the footer or in the Terms and Conditions. The main domain fatpirate.com automatically redirects to fatpirate-9694.com, a numeric mirror domain.


I attach: screenshots of withdrawal requests with dates, confirmation of KYC approval, and screenshots of conversations with support.


I am requesting assistance in obtaining payment of my winnings or a written and documented reason for the refusal.
