I deposited £500 on 15th February it was taken from my bank yet never reached my gaming account they are saying it will automatically go back to my bank yet still waiting for the money

This is correct I’m still waiting they are claiming now that they are still looking into the matter yet they told me it would be back into my bank within 3-5 business days today is the 5th day and there is nothing they are claiming it was declined but it left my bank account and is no longer pending I have sent screenshots of my bank account showing the transaction date and the date it left I’m really not happy with this site

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.
