My account was fully KYC verified oven with ZOOM call. Yet support stop communicating, literally went completely silent. Got 200$ stuck there, which I refuse to gif to these scammers. I'm resident of UAE, which is not in breach of their T&Cs

Hi Tomas,


I have realized EGB.com is another scammy website and the management are white collar criminals. I had no response from CS for weeks, being completely ignored. Casino Guru as affiliate should delist any operator, where player get their funds stolen/forever blocked.


I have even been Zoom called verified with some Russian speaking CS agent. As we all know Russians are occupants, invaders, scammers and liars. I've therefore signed off my winning as a loss and moved on.


Another scam is gg.bet but that's another story.


You can now close this Complaint as NOT RESOLVED to warn another players. Cheers

Bottom line is, ye I had been betting on their markets and odds and keep winning, so they decided to throw on me Section 11 without any evidence or proof. White collar criminals just take playes money the moment keep winning. Sickening and you should also delist these scammers from Casino Guru as well, over promoting scammers.
