I used a no-deposit bonus of 50 free spins at the online casino Dripcasino222.com (operated by Galaktika NV). This resulted in a profit of €26.40.



According to the casino's terms and conditions (section 10.2.7), the maximum withdrawal amount for a no deposit bonus is 10 times the original winnings. In my case, that would be €264. I have met the 45x wagering requirement, my account is verified, and I have not used any other bonuses or violated any rules.


Before withdrawing, I explicitly asked live chat support whether I could withdraw my winnings without making a deposit. The answer was clear and documented in writing:


"The winnings can be paid out without a deposit."

Nevertheless, my withdrawal was repeatedly canceled. Support now requires me to first deposit €264 and wager it three times before I can receive a withdrawal. However, this is neither stated in the terms and conditions nor was it communicated when the bonus was awarded.


When I mentioned in the chat that I would file a complaint if my withdrawal was denied, support told me that such statements could lead to my account being blocked. In my opinion, this is a clear attempt at intimidation and extremely dubious.


I already reported this incident to support via email. The only response was:


"Hami, the deposit and wagering requirements were requested at the discretion of the administration, in accordance with our website's rules."


This shows that the casino is not refusing the payout based on an objective rule, but rather on an incomprehensible discretionary clause that is neither transparent nor fair.


I ask for your support in this case and for a review.

I request the payout of the correct, permissible winnings of €264 (10x the original winnings, less bonuses), as stipulated in the Terms and Conditions and the Support Agreement.
