I deposited ₹7000 on February 17, 2026 and I win ₹30000.

I then submitted a withdrawal request for ₹30,000 through an website that I used t betatranferupi . They marked the amount paid, but I did not receive the money in my account.


When I spoke with support, they asked for my bank statement. I even sent it, but they kept saying, "Wait 12 hours. Wait 24 hours. Wait 48 hours." This is happening continuously, so please help me.


I am also sending a photo of my bank account statement and payment history.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
