I made a deposit of 2000₹ into cwinz on 4th jan 2024. The amount was debited from my bank but did not reflect in my civil wallet. I talked to the customer support and they initially asked me to wait for an hour. After that, they asked me to wait for 72 hours, and then they said I should wait for 7 days. Now these seven days have also ended, and they are asking me to wait another week. I'm not getting any satisfactory response. Please help me

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

No problem from my side ..cwinz customer care is not giving any solution. When we ask for a deposit on customer care, they repeat the same message saying that we have not received any update.
