Hello Attila,
thank you for reviewing my complaint.
To answer your questions:
I mainly played slot games. Most of the balance/winnings in question were generated from playing slots.
No active bonus was used. In fact, I did not use any casino bonus for this play.
Regarding the incorrect email address: this issue appears to have been resolved, as I have already received a response from CoinCasino at my correct new email address.
The current problem is that CoinCasino has informed me that my account has been closed and that the remaining funds will not be paid out because I allegedly breached their Terms and Conditions.
I asked CoinCasino three separate times to explain which specific Terms and Conditions I allegedly violated and what exact conduct they considered to be a breach.
However, each time they only referred me generally to their Terms and Conditions and did not identify:
the exact clause that was allegedly breached,
the specific conduct they believe violated the rules,
or the contractual basis for confiscating the entire remaining balance.
I fully cooperated with the verification request and submitted the requested identification documents, selfie and proof of address.
At this stage, my main concern is that the account balance has been confiscated without CoinCasino providing any specific explanation of what rule I allegedly violated.
I am happy to provide screenshots of the full correspondence with CoinCasino if required.
Thank you very much for your assistance.
Kind regards
