So I would like to say that I have a twin brother that doesn't live with me and this is y I'm guessing they are saying this but I received an email saying that after a full investigation they are closing my account do to me haveing multiple accounts and forging documents which is identity theft they are closing my accounts that can't be reopened and so I know I don't have multiple accounts and I know I haven't forged any documents or done any identity theft and what investigation because they've never asked me about anything they just up and closed my account on multiple casino like I can't get into my account at limitless casino I can't get into my account at casino extreme I can't get into my account on brango casino and so what had happened was I had an account with casino extreme I went off to free spins I sent in the documents to get my account verified and then they sent me that email I want to know what investigation they did and what steps they took to say that I've done what allegations are accusing me of because it is really concerning to me especially when they're saying I have broken the law which is not the case now what I'm thinking is my twin brother who I don't live with has an account cuz he play slots online too and so he probably has an account with the same people and so when I went to verify my account and sent my ID and picture they're probably like oh my God that's the same person and so they're accusing me of forging documents in all of this and they never once reached out to me like hey we noticed that somebody else with a different name and ID but looks the same as you has an account with us because if they did a real investigation did a background check or something like that they would see that I have a twin brother but they never once reached out to ask what's going on or to even say we noticed something wrong and give me a chance to even explain or anything they just kicked me out of all the casinos I had account with with no chance to even explain myself and the issue was with casino extreme but how can casino extreme have me locked out of casino limitless casino brand go when they're not the ones that are saying I have multiple accounts it's just unfair and not right I understand from casino extreme if me and my brother have an

account at the same place but I know we don't have every place I play slots
