This has happened several times so this time I’m filing a complaint. Casino adrenaline sends me email promos stating I’ll get free spins if my daily deposits total 30 dollars in a day. I’ve never received them. Not once have they ever rewarded me . I have obvious proof and they still don’t cooperate

This has happened several times but this is the first time I’ve documented it. The first support member was very rude and just ended my chat when I was asking for assistance. I have obvious proof and it was very unprofessional. I then contacted another member and also emailed them and they also denied me . Every time they denied me they stated I didn’t deposit enough to receive the reward but every time they told me the amount I deposited it was different. First they said I only deposited 8 dollars then they said I deposited 13 and the 3 rd conversation they said I deposited 18. I have clear proof I deposited more than 30 dollars
