On the 26/01/2025 I request a withdrawal of $400nzd the terms and conditions state up to 72hrs it has now been pending for nearly a week have tried their live chat 5or 6 times and I get the same prewritten nonsense that is word for word the same in each chat with different of their support staff. Have emailed their complaints people and get no reply. Have attached some screenshot of proof
