Hello,

I requested a withdrawal of 600 EUR on Sunday.

My account is verified and no bonus was used.

The withdrawal is still pending after more than 72 hours.

Support told me it would be processed but nothing changed.

Please help me resolve this issue.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hello Yesterday they told me after 72 hours of waiting my Withdraw will be processed but nothing happend they told me its their terms of use these 3 days for procession and after that i got my moneys...I am verified too....its my first Withdraw from them and its very bad experience for me....any other casinos where i played before never had this problem with Withdraw....
