I requested 3 withdrawals of 500€ each starting from April 14th. It has been 14 days and the status is still "Under Review". I have been in contact with support multiple times. On April 24th, Mai (Ticket 48837632) assured me my funds are safe. On April 27th, agent Nova told me my request is on "highest priority", yet nothing has changed. I have followed all rules and I am waiting for my legitimate winnings. Total balance is 6,500€.
