Hello,

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about the problem you're experiencing.

I have reviewed the Bonus Terms and Conditions available on our website for this bonus offer, and I found the following condition:

The wagering requirement can only be met using real money.

I understand that this rule may be disappointing. However, please note that this condition applies to a free bonus. In some cases, casinos require an additional deposit before allowing bonus winnings to be withdrawn, for example, to verify ownership of the payment method that will be used for future transactions.

Also, please note that free bonuses come with a restriction on the maximum possible winnings. In this case, the maximum winning amount after wagering the bonus is 5000,00 € from the initial deposit amount.

If you are not willing to fulfill the wagering requirements using real money, you may choose to cancel the bonus. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Veronika
