I made deposits and played regularly. However, the problems began when withdrawing: I have a pending withdrawal request since June 11th and another since June 15th. I contacted support, but they always responded with the same reason, saying they prioritize and that they are currently processing a very high volume of withdrawals. I would like to point out that my account has already been verified.
