Hello i have been waiting over soon 3 weeks for my withdrawal

I requested Zip code change and have waited almost 10 days first time and not passed they said they can verify me and then i answered the questions second time and its been many days many days alredy still they havent change my Zip code said would take 28 days to change this im so fed up of this issue not going any further all they asking me is to have patience what im Just a human im not a robot said wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and im very fed up and very disssapointed all i want is my money

How hard can that be only change Zip code its not that difficult i felt like im not going to get my money with this casino all they did is to hold my winnings and not paid out the winnings i Will never going to play at this casino again if things are like this i called it SCAM i never experienced other casinoes like this i understand that they score very low in casinoguru i dont recomend playing at this casino stay away at this casino!!!
