I’ve been waiting for several days for my verification to be approved, and I’m honestly getting desperate. I need to withdraw my money urgently. I have bills coming up and a couple of unexpected expenses that I was counting on these funds for.
But every time I contact support, they just repeat the same line: "You can’t withdraw until verification is completed." And then I wait, only to be told to submit something again or "please be patient." It feels like an endless loop, and I don’t understand why it has to take this long.
I’m not trying to cause trouble, I just really need access to my own money. Please help me speed this process up. At this point, I feel completely stuck and don’t know what else to do.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
