I’ve been waiting for my withdrawal to be processed for a week now. My verification is fully completed, yet my withdrawal request is still pending with no progress at all. I contacted support several times and also spoke with them by phone - every time I get the same response: "please wait, it will be processed soon". But nothing actually happens.

I understand that sometimes withdrawals take a bit of time, but a whole week without any real update is not acceptable. I just want to know what is going on and why this is taking so long. I followed all the rules and completed verification, so I don’t see any reason for this delay. I really hope that the casino will finally explain the situation and process my withdrawal.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
