Dispute regarding undisclosed Maximum Payout on €30 bonus – Boomerang Bet
I am filing this complaint against Boomerang Bet regarding the removal of 1,238 Euro from my account following the completion of a bonus wagering requirement.
On April 9th, 2026, I activated a deposit bonus. The activation page prominently displayed a 200x wagering requirement (equivalent to 6,000 Euro. I successfully met these requirements in full. Upon completion, my balance stood at 1,268 Euro. Shortly after, the casino removed the majority of these funds, leaving me with only 30 Euro, citing a "Maximum Payout" rule.
My dispute is based on misleading promotional transparency. While the casino's activation page clearly highlighted the wagering requirement, it failed to display the Maximum Payout limit on the same screen.
Under international gambling regulatory standards (and as per the expectations of fair play), "Significant Conditions"—specifically those that cap a player's potential winnings—must be displayed prominently alongside the offer, not buried within a separate "Bonus Terms" link at the bottom of the page.
I have attached a screenshot of another bonus offered to me by the casino just days later. As you can see in the attachment, the activation interface displays the wagering requirement but completely omits the Maximum Payout cap. This confirms a consistent pattern of non-transparency in Boomerang Bet’s promotional layout.
By displaying the "200x wagering" but hiding the "Max Win" cap, the casino led me to believe that the wagering requirement was the only primary condition for withdrawing my full balance.
I am requesting that Boomerang Bet restores the removed balance of 1,238 Euros, as the significant limitation on winnings was not clearly signposted at the point of bonus activation.
