Don't make deposits in this site. I made 3 deposits in 14.02. The money was taken from my bank but not add to my player account. One of payments they "amazing" found and add to my account. Two more payments they not found and give me back till now,11.03. Only get one answer then everthing is in process. When I ask some results,they answer only wait. I wait 36days already. Better make deposits in other casino because if something will be wrong with site,but money will take from your bank you don't get it back.

Be careful. Use other SITES where payments is immediately

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

I am waiting my money back already 40days. They 3 times already lie that money is send back. And now they start to say they don't get my payment. I have all bank statement and everthing is send to them but they continue to lie

  • deposit receipts
  • screenshot of your transaction history in your casino account
  • communication with your payment provider
  • communication with the casino customer support
  • bank statement starting from the date you made the transaction that has not been credited to your casino account until today
