Good afternoon. I played at this casino and deposited a total of around €500–600 over time. I decided to withdraw €150 via cryptocurrency. I submitted the withdrawal request, waited an hour, but the money didn’t arrive. I contacted customer support, and they told me the funds would be credited within 24 hours.

I spent the whole day messaging them to ask for updates. At first, they said they had sent a request to a special department, but somehow no one there was responding. Because of this, I consider this casino very shady. I honestly don’t even know if I’ll get my money back, so I strongly do not recommend it.

  • Was your account, including the payment method, successfully verified?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

They eventually paid me after two days of disputes. You know, I’ll tell you this — it’s a very questionable casino. At first, they couldn’t tell me that if I deposited with a card, I wouldn’t be able to withdraw to cryptocurrency. I only found out about this when I started writing here in the chat and their representatives replied.

Then two withdrawals were instant, but yesterday all day they were telling me about some kind of checks and that it wasn’t them handling it but another partner department — very strange. They also sent me money to Skrill from a suspicious company called MontanaAzul Tech Limited. Very shady casino; I think they don’t have any licenses at all.

I don’t know — I withdrew 280 euros back and lost 600. I would remove them from your website; they don’t belong here, so keep an eye on them. And their games are unlicensed 100% — very strange.

You deposited using one method and later requested withdrawal through another. This naturally required additional verification and routing checks, which is standard practice across the industry. Once clarified, payments were processed without issue.

You also claim that receiving funds via Skrill from MontanaAzul Tech Limited is suspicious. This is incorrect. MontanaAzul Tech Limited (Fintech Montana) is a registered payment processing partner and is clearly listed in our website footer. This information is publicly available to all users, which suggests this concern could have been avoided by reviewing the site details.

Claims that the casino is unlicensed or that the games are unlicensed are false and unsupported. We work with recognized providers and operate according to applicable regulatory and operational standards. Such allegations without evidence are misleading.
