I am writing to submit an official complaint regarding a serious issue with my account on your platform.

A transaction/withdrawal was made from my account, however, until today the amount:

has not been credited to my bank account,

nor has it been returned to my balance in the application.

As a result, the funds have effectively disappeared without any clear explanation or resolution from your side, despite my previous communication with your support team.
