My balance was never migrated to this casino


Hi; I original had an account with mychance casino and this casino was migrated to bitdreams casino. My balance and pending withdrawal was supposed to be transferred to this casino and it never happened. When I contacted bitdreams casino they pretended they didn't know about my balance and asked me when was the last time I made a deposit.

Hey,


I had a cash balance of 3652 $ at mychance casino and had requested a withdrawal prior to the migration.

The migration took place May 30 2025. I do have access to the bitdreams casino account.


The last time I received an email from mychance was via email on August 13 2025 requesting bank documents which I have provided to them and they have no replied since. I did not get confirmation of balance transfer but the email states that the balance and the account details will be securely transferred.
