I requested my first withdrawal on 19,3. and it got canceled on 24.3 what is after their 96hour manually waiting period. I requested a new one, and again after 96hour waiting time they told me in chat that i canceled the withdrawal myself. Thats not true at all, im trying my best to get my money. I requested my withdrawal for a third time now, and im hoping that same issue will not happen again. The support is bit off, they look like they dont care about my problem, is answering with a bit delay.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I contacted chat once again and threated them with official report if my withdrawal gets canceled for third time. They apologized and said its their technical error. Interesting part here is that, same operator blamed me for the issue before my threatening..
