I win big and after order a withdrawall on 800 000 nok which been canceled and turn back at my balance I contact with support and they said I have limit of withdrawall 100k 24 hour which been not written anywhere under every method its limit 4 million nok.At this moment I been after many looses and I decide to withdraw all amount via Payoro ( every withdraw been deducted from 4 k to 5 k i dont recieve 100k as they say they not took any fees) I also continue play and won a way bigger than this everything been a dream time but shortly turn to nightmare on the moment I step into game named Wild Swarm 2 I won also but later game which offer special feature turn into zombie Mode eat all my sources and also withdrawalls later I set even more to open that bonus .I been cheated any streamers players never experienced so low RTP as me I play on stake from 100 to 1000 I cannot open special feature which works as progressive jackpot.I been cheated on that game but also I want to put a claim how they treat me as a VIP I get 10 % cashback I dont know why but when I win big and withdraw and as they mention I been on wining position they added manually 46 000 nok.When I loose mostly everything they srruggle to give 2 400 which been with 20 % cashback.Cashback should been added automatically in my account they add it manually and sometimes I needed to contact to recieve it.Very important thing its I missing over 76 000 but I agree on 22 000 give back from missing amount from every 100 k i ordered money been added to balance via manager. I would like to proceed chargeback of all money that I put to unlock a special feature in game total calculation of used bet inside Wild Swarm 2 and why they close my account with special feature active?

My account was closed 17.01.2025

Account is closed so I cannot check concretly dates but from 15-20.12.2024 to 3.01.2025 i put inside the gane over 500 000 in bets from 100 to 1000 to unlock special 10 spins feature and after collecting over 50 to 70 bees i still cannot reach that feature.Bonus is still able to unlock even I didnt play that game.So it looks like progressive jackpot to me.

Ive been very mad about all situation I tell them that I loose money and my financial status. Is on 0 Also I expected a cashback they explained that Im on winning position and refuse to give me cashback its also very specific how they add it( they say its system but they added 3 or 4 times manually I also send email when I didnt recieved after they add it) in moment when I try to make everything to unlock that feature they decide to close my account propably from gambling reason but its not disturbing them when I have several withdrawalls on my bank account and been on total winning position.

Casino send me a 40 mb of weird constructed pdf with over 2000 pages on pdf and rar. Files which dont even expose game which I curently played I ask them about screenshots from my account because from my account I seen already logo of game in every bet i placed.On files that they send as I showed you they say its somwhere on page 1820 or other I just ask them about compleet history just from that game not all files or history.Once again they dont answer.

All what they response about that game function its just RNG or RTP which is just explanation I think its about Goodwill of key account Manager I notice that when I cannot win previously he add 5 k extra bonus and I open that feature right after he add it on bet 500 but before this one I have active now.Its looked very strange and suspicious for me.I also contacted with game provider they said a customer support should contact with them they regułę that contact I can send a email from Wild Swarm 2 provider.
