I made a withdrawal on Wednesday and then it was put back in my account the next day and they were saying I had to fully verify my account before I could withdraw the money. I had actually fully verified my account on 29th July 2025 so couldn't understand why they wanted it all again but sent it anyways. They kept asking for more stuff that I had already sent them and in the end it was fully verified and was told it would be processed as soon as possible. I went on my account today and it still says pending on the payment so spoke to them again and told them I was told as soon as possible and now they are saying it's 24/48 hrs from when my account was verified yesterday. My account was fully verified on July 29th 2025 and I have proof emails so I don't know why they keep messing me about

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
