Betrix Casino - Player questions confiscation of winnings.

I'm just wondering, since I've been playing there for a really long time, now I've come across things I've never seen in my 20 years of playing.. there were a couple of bonuses, the first free spins I won €50, I changed the game and won almost €3000, I made a wager, the casino sucked €2800, leaving me with €100, well then today I had free spins again, which I won €40, then I changed the game and I won €2000, well, the wagering is over and my tip balance is €100.. isn't this a pretty crazy thing to do?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience at Betrix Casino. Do I understand it correctly that you have accumulated your winnings from Free Spins? I have checked the bonus policy, and this is what I found: 

1.5. The maximum amount of money that can be won or withdrawn via Free Spins is limited to 100 EUR (or the equivalent in other currencies) or twenty times (x 20) the Free Spins winnings, whichever comes first, unless otherwise stated. The maximum amount of money that can be won or withdrawn when a player hasn’t made any deposits since registration is limited to 25€ or currency equivalent.

I would like to emphasize that according to our Fair Gambling Codex, we consider imposed win limit to be unfair and predatory, only when it’s applied to a real money game, however, we accept bonus T&Cs that restrict the maximum cash out from a bonus play.

hello, I got 50€ in free spins, after which the winnings were really good.. you can delete this discussion, I also noticed that even the normal depot has these caps, which is special.. thank you for your answer..
