I am writing to file a complaint regarding persistent withdrawal issues I have encountered with the online casino Betovo.


I initially received a sports bonus from Betovo, which I quickly completed the wagering requirements for. The funds were subsequently made available for withdrawal. However, since June 1st, multiple withdrawal attempts have been cancelled by Betovo without valid justification.


I made my deposit using a Revolut card, but Betovo refuses to process withdrawals back to Revolut. To accommodate their requirements, I created a MiFinity account and have successfully received two withdrawals through this method. Unfortunately, all subsequent withdrawal attempts have been cancelled with vague explanations — most often citing the need for further verification, despite the fact that my account has already been verified multiple times.


In addition, Betovo has repeatedly added new sports bonuses to my account without my consent, which automatically activates a new bonus and restricts withdrawals. They have also altered maximum withdrawal limits and changed withdrawal request dates in their system, seemingly to delay or prevent further withdrawals.


These practices appear deliberately obstructive, and I now kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter and retrieving my remaining funds from Betovo.

When was the last time you cashed out from the casino?

- Two withdrawals were processed on june 16th.


When was the last time you were in contact with casino support, and what did you discuss?

- On june 25th. I asked why withdrawals weren't processed and they replied by cancelling them once again and requesting verification with full body pictures with ID. This was sent and approved. Note that account was already verified and they had previously processed two withdrawals.


Do your winnings come from the sports bonus you redeemed before June 1st?

- That is correct. Bonus terms are completed and no issues about that. There are currently no active bonuses.
