I requested a withdrawal from my verified Betovo account on 19 August 2025. It has now been 4 days, and I still have not received my funds.


My account is fully verified, yet the support team only gives me generic responses such as "your request has been escalated" and "there are many withdrawal requests." They refuse to provide a clear timeframe for when my withdrawal will be processed.


This is unacceptable, as Betovo’s own terms state that withdrawals should take 1–3 business days. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that my funds are paid out without any further delay.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
