It surely seems like a scam, I deposited allot and lost allot but finally secured a big win. But, they suspended my account and the withdrawal is pending so my concern is for all to not trust them as I have all the evidence of my wins. Their customer support is very robotic and won’t answer what you ask for. I am attaching a few screenshots to bring it up for all to avoid such scams.

To start answering your questions, I would like to express my concern about the legitimacy of betonred.

1 I have been with this casino for a couple of weeks now and the account access was denied on 4th of march2025.

2 I couldn’t access any games and funds.

3 slots

4 No, the whole amount was with my balance and no bonus was involved.

5 I have been contacting them but they all have a scripted statement that they don’t know much about it.

6 Got an email 3 days back about account is verified completely.
