I won around 90 euro on the 13th and went to withdraw the money and it was always returned to the account 24 hours later, I then decided to play with it to see if me losing 30 odd euro of it would help and its 3 weeks later and its still not coming through, I had this issue back in december just gone and the support team never helped me whatsoever, and I made a complaint here and the next day It came through so im opting to go the same route again as I know their support team will offer me 0 help and once I have this money im never using their website again.

  • Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested?
  • Was your account, including the payment method, successfully verified?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.
