Safety Index 6.8 Fresh casino

Case summary

The player from Bahrain reported a missing balance of $500 USD from Betlix Casino due to a technical failure that had occurred over a month prior. Despite the casino's acknowledgment of the system glitch and a token credit of $30, he insisted on the full restoration of his funds, totaling $470 USD. The player provided evidence, including a live chat admission of the glitch by a casino agent and video recordings, but Betlix Casino denied any technical fault and requested a Game Round ID, which the player could not provide. The Complaints Team repeatedly requested further evidence and communication from the casino but received no cooperation. Consequently, the complaint was marked as unresolved due to the casino's lack of response, and the player was advised to escalate the matter to the relevant regulator.

To the Casino Guru Mediation Team,

I am lodging a formal complaint against Betlix Casino (betlix.com) regarding a missing balance of $500 USD that has been withheld from me for over a month following a technical failure on their platform.

Timeline of events:

1. One month ago, during a game session, a sudden system error occurred. My balance immediately dropped by $500 USD.

2. I contacted live support right away. The agent, Sheilla, explicitly admitted to the technical fault in writing, stating: "There was a system glitch in the account and error in the game." (See attached screenshot).

3. Because the game crashed unexpectedly, my screen recording was started immediately after the balance drop occurred to document the chat and the immediate aftermath.

4. For over a month, Betlix has stalled me with generic "please wait for the relevant department" replies.

5. Recently, they credited a token $30 to my account. I explicitly reject this minor credit as a resolution. However, this partial payment serves as a direct, undeniable admission by Betlix that my account was wrongfully impacted by their system failure.

Since the casino's software failed and their own staff admitted to the glitch, they are required by fair gaming rules to restore my full original balance.

I request that Casino Guru compel Betlix to retrieve the official backend server logs and game round IDs for my account from that date. Their internal data will confirm my true balance prior to the crash. I demand the return of my remaining $470 USD cash balance.

Hello,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with Betlix Casino.

Please allow me to ask you a few questions so I can better understand the situation.

  • Is your player's account accessible to you?
  • Is there any record of the balance on your account dropping?
  • Have you requested game history records from said period, or do you have access to the relevant records of your balance fluctuations?
  • Could you please specify which game you played at the time?
  • Was there any active bonus on your account during that time?
  • Could you please share with me your communication with the casino regarding the issue? Send emails or chat transcripts to my email at tomas@casino.guru, or post screenshots here

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Tomas

Hello Tomas,

Thank you for taking my case. Here are the answers to your questions:

* Is your player's account accessible to you?

Yes, my account is fully accessible.

* Is there any record of the balance on your account dropping?

Within my basic player dashboard interface, I cannot see the exact drop log, but it happened instantly during the software error. However, the drop is completely verified by the casino's support agent, Sheilla, who explicitly admitted to the fault in writing.

* Have you requested game history records from said period, or do you have access to the relevant records of your balance fluctuations?

I have requested them from support, but they have stalled me for over a month, stating it is with a "relevant department." I need Casino Guru's help to compel Betlix to retrieve these official backend server logs and game round IDs, which will definitively show my balance right before the crash.

* Could you please specify which game you played at the time?

The game was "The Ways of Qilin" by PG Soft.

* Was there any active bonus on your account during that time?

No, this was pure cash balance. (Note: The casino recently credited a token $30 to my account without my consent after a month of waiting, which I used, but I explicitly reject this as a resolution for a $500 loss. This partial payment only proves they acknowledge their system failure).

* Could you please share with me your communication with the casino regarding the issue?

I am uploading the critical screenshot directly to this ticket. In it, you can see live chat agent Sheilla stating verbatim: "There was a system glitch in the account and error in the game." I have also emailed the screen recording of the chat and immediate aftermath to your email at tomas@casino.guru.

Thank you for your assistance in getting my remaining $470 USD returned.

Best regards,

Dear Sayed,

Thank you for reaching out to the Management and Compliance Team.

We have thoroughly reviewed your account history and the details of your claim. Please note that we have no record or evidence of a missing balance of $500 USD.

According to our system profile and transaction logs, the $30 credit applied to your account was issued as compensation specifically for the game Ways of the Qilin, which records show you were playing at a stake of either $0.15 or $0.20 per spin.

Our system indicates that no technical fault or error occurred on our platform during your session. To investigate this matter further and verify your claim with the official game provider, please provide us with the specific Game Round IDof the affected session. Once we receive this identifier, we will immediately request the official server logs from the provider.

Feel free to send me the video as well, but the Game Round ID is the important bit.

Sincerely,

Betlix Management Team

Hello Tomas

I have received a response from Betlix Management, and they are attempting to evade responsibility by using classic delaying tactics. They are asking me to provide the "Game Round ID," knowing fully well that a player cannot access historical round IDs from a crashed session after a month has passed.

Here is why their response holds no merit, and why I need Casino Guru's intervention:

1. In the attached screenshot (image.png), their own live chat agent, Sheilla, explicitly stated: "There was a system glitch in the account and error in the game." Management is now contradicting their own support staff by claiming "no technical fault occurred."

2. They admitted to giving me a $30 credit as "compensation" for "The Ways of Qilin." If there was no system error, why did they issue compensation? This partial payment is a clear admission of guilt, but $30 does not cover a $500 loss.

3. They are shifting the burden of proof onto me. As the casino operator, they have direct access to the PG Soft provider backend and my account’s full betting history. They can easily look up my session logs for that day to find the Round ID themselves, but they are refusing to do so.

Tomas, since I have already emailed you the screen recordings and provided the proof of their agent admitting to the glitch, I kindly ask you to compel Betlix Management to look up my account history on their server and pull the logs from PG Soft directly, rather than asking me for data that only they possess.

Thank you for your continued support.

Best regards,

Dear Tomas,

Thank you for your update. I have already forwarded the full email thread to your email, but I am posting all the required details and evidence here as well to ensure full transparency.

Here are the precise details of the incident:

1. Date of the Incident: May 2026 (Please mention the exact day if you remember it, e.g., 25th May 2026).

2. Balance Before the Incident: more than 500 dollar balance before the glitch, e.g., $500 or whatever the exact amount was).

3. Balance After the Incident: $0 (or the $30 compensation they threw at you).

Regarding the evidence, I am attaching the following screenshots/files to this reply:

1. [Image.png]: This is the ultimate proof where their support agent "Sheila" explicitly admits to the technical issue, stating: "There was a system glitch." This completely contradicts the casino's recent email where they claim no technical error occurred.

2. [Game History/Logs]: (If you have screenshots of your recent transactions or bet history showing the gap or the $30 compensation, attach it here).

3. [Casino's Latest Response]: I am uploading the screenshot of the latest email they sent me, where they are using the "Round ID" argument as a stalling tactic, knowing full well that a system crash prevents the player from capturing a Round ID.

As you can see, the casino is trying to shift the burden of proof onto me, while they hold the entire back-end server logs. Since their own staff admitted to the glitch, they must look up my account history for that specific date on their server.

Thank you for your dedication to resolving this matter.

Best regards,

Thanks for your patience.

I went over the communication you submitted and the videos you included in your communication, but I didn't find any indications of any errors or missing balance.

Please note we are unable to confront the casino without any evidence. I recommend you contact the casino again and request your game history from May 2026 or similar relevant records. Include me in the copy of your request. My email is tomas@casino.guru

Sadly, the response from the casino support is not sufficient for us to conclude that you are eligible for any return of balance at this time.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Subject: Formal Escalation - Systematic Theft and Platform Manipulation (ImperialWins & Betlix)

To: Tomas (Casino Guru) / Compliance Department

I am writing this to formally notify you of a fresh incident of blatant theft. My balance of 360 BHD has been manipulated and seized by ImperialWins, adding to the ongoing dispute with Betlix.

Let me be clear: I am not looking for pity, and I am fully aware of the skepticism often faced by players. However, I am a professional with an administrative background, and I possess the technical intuition and experience to distinguish between a fair game and a programmed scam.

I am making the following points clear:

1. The Challenge: If there is any doubt regarding my skills or my ability to identify manipulation, I invite you to put me to the test. I am ready to demonstrate my gameplay in any environment you choose. I am highly skilled, but I am currently being targeted by platforms that do not operate on integrity.

2. The Evidence: I have already provided documented proof. If you choose to ignore it, that is a reflection of your platform's bias, not my credibility. I am not a "gambler" who lost his money; I am a victim of systematic fraud.

3. Formal Notice: By seizing these funds, these platforms are violating basic licensing protocols. I am documenting every interaction, every discrepancy, and every dismissive response. This dossier is being prepared for the relevant licensing authorities.

I am operating under extreme duress due to this exploitation, but my resolve to expose these fraudulent practices is absolute. I expect a serious, professional investigation—not a dismissive template response.

Sayed ****

Subject: FINAL NOTICE: Deliberate Ignorance of Evidence and Escalation Warning

To: Tomas (Casino Guru) / Compliance Department

I am following up on my previous communication, to which you have deliberately chosen not to respond. Let me be unequivocally clear: your silence is not a strategy; it is an admission of complicity.

You are currently in possession of clear, documented evidence regarding the manipulation and seizure of my funds (360 BHD from ImperialWins and the ongoing Betlix dispute). By ignoring this evidence and refusing to engage, you are not acting as a neutral mediator or compliance officer; you are actively facilitating systematic theft.

Do not mistake my professional background for naivety. I am fully aware that you are attempting to "wait me out" to protect the platform. This approach ends now.

Consider this a final notice:

1. Your refusal to address the facts is being documented as part of my formal complaint to the relevant licensing authorities.

2. Any further attempt to treat this as a "dispute" rather than "fraud" will be highlighted as evidence of your platform’s bias and internal corruption.

3. You are currently pushing this matter to a level of legal and regulatory scrutiny that your platform is not prepared to handle. If you believe you can dismiss this by "playing dumb," you are making a grave error in judgment.

I am not asking for a template response; I am demanding an acknowledgment of the evidence you have in your possession. If I do not receive a substantive, professional investigation report within [insert reasonable time, e.g., 48 hours], I will proceed with the escalation to the licensing authorities, naming you and your department for deliberate negligence and obstruction of justice.

The ball is in your court. Do not underestimate my resolve.

Regards,

Sayed

Case Transfer

Dear Tomas,

Thank you for the update. I acknowledge that my case has been transferred to Igor for the next stage of resolution. I have full confidence in the Casino Guru team’s process.

I remain available should Igor require any further clarification or additional evidence. My focus remains on the retrieval of the server logs from the game provider, as the platform's current stance is inconsistent with the evidence I have provided.

Best regards,

Sayed Ahmed Husain Ali

Dear Igor,

Thank you for stepping in. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

To assist you with your investigation, please note that I have already provided the Casino Guru team with the following key pieces of evidence:

1. Direct Admission: A screenshot of the live chat with support agent "Sheilla," explicitly confirming a "system glitch" and "error in the game."

2. Inconsistent Management Response: The casino management’s contradictory claim that "no technical fault occurred," despite their decision to issue a $30 credit as "compensation."

3. Video Evidence: A recording demonstrating the selective manipulation—where all other games functioned normally, and only the game where I was winning experienced a crash.

I am confident that once you request the server logs from the provider (PG Soft) for the session in question, the technical discrepancy will be undeniable.

I remain at your disposal for any further information you might need.

Best regards,

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Dear sayed84,

I have repeatedly tried to contact the Betlix Casino but have had no success. Unfortunately, without cooperation from their side, there is little that can be achieved. I will mark the complaint as unresolved in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the casino's rating caused by unresolved complaints could help change their approach. If the casino decides to respond, we will reopen the complaint and notify you by email.

In the meantime, I recommend contacting the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority (AOFA) also known as Anjouan Gaming by submitting a complaint through the license badge displayed in the footer of the casino’s website. Regulators often have additional tools and authority to assist players in such situations.

For guidance on how to effectively submit your complaint to the regulator, you can find helpful information in this article.

I’m truly sorry that I couldn’t provide a more favorable resolution this time.

Best regards,

Igor

We’ve reopened this complaint at the request of Betlix Casino. We would like to allow this case one more chance to be resolved and help both parties involved to reach a satisfactory conclusion.

Dear all,

The casino contacted me outside of this thread with some additional evidence. I will review it and let you know my findings.

Dear sayed84.

The casino provided a complete game history related to your account. However, after a thorough review of this document, no drop of €500 was found, and your balance was clearly below €500 throughout the entire period. Could you please provide any evidence of such a drop? Additionally, could you please specify the date and time of this error?

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Subject: Re: Video Evidence & System Discrepancy - Account: sayed84

Dear Igor,

Did you watch the videos I sent you from May 5, 2026?

By the way, this was not the first time it happened—it has happened multiple times, but May 5th was the third time, and you already have the evidence in your hands.

Why are you only focusing on the €500 figure instead of addressing the actual system glitch/cheating shown in the video? Regardless of the €500, the video clearly proves that the game interface showed winning spins that were not credited to my balance. Should a platform system error like this not be investigated and corrected?

Of course I am requesting my €500 win, but more importantly, you seem to be ignoring the fact that the system failed to credit actual winnings shown on the screen. Please review the video footage again carefully for the session on May 5th.

Best regards,

Sayed
